Smoke Ventilation System Installation on a New Salford Development

The brief

This was a new residential development in Salford that needed a smoke ventilation system installed from scratch as part of the building's life-safety provision.

What we did

• Installed the smoke-extract fans and mounted them to the structure
• Connected the system through to the control panel and power supplies
• Commissioned and tested the installation ready for building control sign-off

The result

The development has a complete, tested smoke ventilation system in place, installed to keep escape routes clear in the event of a fire.
