Smoke Ventilation Control Panel Replacement in an Apartment Car Park

The brief

The existing smoke ventilation control panel in this apartment building's car park had failed and was due an upgrade. Building the replacement off site meant we could keep the disruption and downtime on site to a minimum.

What we did

• Designed and built the replacement control panel off site
• Stripped out the old, failed panel
• Installed the new panel, re-terminated the system and commissioned it

The result

The car park smoke ventilation system is running on a brand-new control panel, with the off-site build keeping on-site downtime to a minimum.
